How many treatments are recommended?

- For skin rejuvenation and glow: 3-4 treatments at intervals of 3-4 weeks for optimal and long-lasting results.
- For hair growth and scalp improvement: 4-6 treatments at intervals of 3-4 weeks to effectively stimulate hair follicles.
- For specific skin problems (pigmentation, scars, irritation): An individual treatment plan will be tailored to your skin's needs.
- After the treatment course, a maintenance treatment every 4-6 months is recommended to preserve the effect.
After Treatment – What can you do, and what should you avoid?
To achieve the best results and ensure optimal healing, it is important to follow these guidelines after your exosome treatment:

Keep skin moisturized – Use a mild and soothing moisturizer without active ingredients.
Protect your skin – Use sunscreen with SPF 50 daily to protect your skin from UV rays.
Drink plenty of water – Hydration helps the skin and scalp regenerate faster.
Use mild products – Use gentle skincare without perfume, alcohol, or acidic ingredients.
You Should Avoid for the First 48-72 Hours:
Direct sunlight – Avoid the sun to minimize the risk of irritation and pigmentation changes.
Makeup and heavy skincare products – Wait at least 24 hours so the skin can absorb the exosomes optimally.
Strenuous exercise and sweat – Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and steam baths, as heat and sweat can irritate the skin.
Harsh or active skincare ingredients – No AHA/BHA, retinol, vitamin C, or peeling for the first 5-7 days.
Hair coloring or chemical treatments – If you have received exosomes in the scalp, wait at least a week before coloring or chemical treatments.
