Before, during, and after treatment

The wrinkle treatment is always planned individually and is based on what was agreed upon during the preliminary examination.

Preparation before the treatment
  • Please come without makeup on the areas to be treated.

    If you take fish oil, it is recommended to stop taking it the week leading up to the treatment. At the clinic, the treatment areas are thoroughly disinfected before the treatment.
The treatment itself
  • Before the treatment, we will go through the agreed-upon procedure together. If minor adjustments are needed, we will review them before the treatment begins.

    The treatment areas are disinfected, after which small, precise injections are performed in the selected areas. The injections themselves typically take a few minutes.

Immediately after treatment
  • After the treatment, minor swelling or fluid bumps may occur in the treated areas. These typically subside shortly after the treatment. Avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for the first few hours. You will always receive individual guidance tailored to your specific treatment course.

The first 24 hours
  • Avoid strenuous physical activity and extreme heat, such as saunas or hot baths, for the first 24 hours after treatment. Follow the aftercare instructions you receive at the clinic, as guidance may vary depending on the treatment area and procedure.

When can the result be evaluated?
  • The effect develops gradually after the treatment. You will receive guidance at your appointment regarding when the result can best be assessed and whether follow-up is needed.
